The retroachievements.com integration into #RetroArch on the #MiyooMiniPlus is cool and something I’d love to get into but the online only element to it just puts me off.
I get that it prevents people cheating the achievement unlocks, but I don’t want to feel like "Oh I can't play this game until I get home as I'm trying to 100% the achievements" etc. 
@EighthLayer I do love the concept of Retro Achievements, but I've never really used them. I didn't realise about the online requirement. A month or two ago I got contacted by a dev who was working on the achievements for Earthworm Jim 3D on the N64 (for my sins I was the original lead programmer), the level at which they go above and beyond to do these is really cool!
