Time for a Luny Rant (you know a problem shared.). So I applied to go back to my previous job (Medium friendly company owned by large corp. Group), had the interviews and did well. Everyone in the company wants me back. But the final offer has to be signed of by the owner of the group, as he likes to micro-manage everything. Its been six weeks since the CTO signed off my offer. The managers in the company have tried escalations and diplomacy to get him to sign off. It is very frustrating as I'm currently unemployed due to redundancy and only getting a few interests in the market. I'd really like to go back, its work I'm good at, should never have left but its a long complicated story why. #rant #unemployed #frustration
