I got this silicone bowl thing to mix, proof, and bake all in one vessel. One of the recipes in its little booklet is for microwave bread. I did the thing, but now I just want to brown it in the oven? Can you help me figure out temperature and time?
I tried searching but couldn’t get the right keywords. Week two of cold and between travel and Dad in hospital, have few spoons. Thank you.
(The “loaf” is the size of, like, three dinner rolls maybe. 200g flour.)
@nik Since the loaf is already fully baked, my thought is all you need is to briefly brown the exterior. I'd go with well-preheating a conventional oven to 350F and then keep close watch while it's in there because I bet it'll go pretty fast (like maybe 5 minutes)
