I immediately think of the Return to Sabaody arc in One Piece (chapter 601, volume 61 of the manga).

First Luffy/Ruffy finishes off a Pacifista with just one punch. Then Zoro/Zorro & Sanji defeat a pacifista with just one attack.

The Pacifista are human weapons developed by Marine head scientist, Dr. Vegapunk. They are clones of the former Warlord Bartholomew Kuma, who was cybernetically enhanced into cyborg himself (as prototype).

Luffy defeats a Pazifista with only a Jet Pistol, which knocks him to the ground.
Zoro cuts the pacifista while Sanji breaks his neck at the same time. Meanwhile, Zoro seems to say "out of my way" to Sanji. The pacifista was defeated by both in just one attack.
