It seems to be an article of faith, not just amongst conservatives, that our government is inefficient.

This perception is mostly fueled by endless talking points and personal anecdotes.

It is time to add some facts to the discussion. The Worldbank rates the US as 25th of 193 globally in Government Effectiness.

While that certainly leaves room for improvement until we would be as efficient as the Swiss (2nd), there is no reason to tear down the entire system.
