@OutofPrintArchive really liked Nintendo Gamer. Came out swinging with its relaunch, and was always a good read. Shame it (re)launched during Nintendo’s Wii U and 3DS doldrum years, if it was around during the Switch era it would likely still be around today.

The Wii U years were just the worst time to try and get through as interest in Nintendo plummeted. Luckily the 3DS was able to right the ship, but at that time it was too late for NGamer.

I had a digital subscription and when they closed, the app was removed and no longer supported.
So later on, when I had to wipe my iPad due to a software error, I lost access to all my magazines.
That's when I started buying all the physical copies to one day preserve like this.
