My husband invited me to run a couple's half-marathon next year. Catch is, I haven't done any serious running or sports in quite some time! He's a regular half-marathoner and has done a marathon in the past.
We put our heads together and came up with a safe plan (C25K, 5K-10K, then 10K - Half Marathon) schedule with the help of some online guides for me to live my running fantasy.
