Baked anything fun recently? (my last thing was a kind of bleh batch of brownies, I've been doing low sugar baking and some recipes are much easier to adapt than others...)
@quester@mstdn.games@SRLevine Hi! I haven’t baked anything too recently, mainly just garlic laced breadrolls. But my next venture is to try and rediscover the awesome mudcake recipe I had some years ago but lost.
@quester Is mud cake what we (Americans) call lava cake where the inside is still liquid?
@SRLevine I think so. I was really surprised that it’s mudcake only in Sweden and Finland! But I do believe lava cake is close to what we make
