Johannes Lucia :potion_nonbinary:Since my trainer is on holidays I had a bit longer pause with <a href="https://anarres.family/tags/polefitness" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#polefitness</a> Set up the stage and doing some moves was definitively the right idea. Setting it up is always annoying (would be much nicer if there was a space where it be permanently set up) but repeating some tricks feels so good (and at the same time reminds me that last time was roughly three weeks ago - and the next one will be probably another three weeks away. Starting after that break will be fun :blobcatfearful: ) and will continue for a bit once I catches my breath fully again. Thinking if I should also try another studio near by, so the chances of longer breaks is slimmer. Maybe calling there during my holidays is a good idea, to get some more information. <a href="https://anarres.family/tags/polesport" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#polesport</a>

Johannes Lucia :potion_nonbinary:It came just to my mind, that I might use my pole stage to make some photos on interesting locations. For example, on a slag heap or in the forest. Interesting idea, not sure if already confident enough for that, but the idea is tempting.
