I don't know what bothers me more:
my burning curiosity to know who receives the valuable #compost generated by my city's organic waste pickup program, or the awareness that "who's stealing my garbage??" was also the obsession of Tom Arnold's nitwit protagonist in the 1996 masterpiece "The Stupids".
Every critic HATED this movie.
And they are all *philistines*.
@FullyAutomatedRPG I’m curious, so I’ll add this to my watchlist!
@FullyAutomatedRPG Tom Arnold! A very under appreciated movie. So many dumb little bits that have stuck with me all these years.
"The drive B!"
"It's Lloyd." "We've been getting it wrong all this time."
So great, so stupid. I'm my own grandpa.
@crapknocker
A fellow person of culture, I see!
Yeah, there are so many silly lines that come back to me years later.
("That's a well-made shoe!!!")
It's just such hammy cartoonish fun. And Christopher Plummer is a delight.
