@InfiniteHench same and also Wellspring on anything but like, a really solid LMG for ad clear.
@InfiniteHench think of it as a bonus to weapons when you're waiting to use your abilities, rather than a penalty when you do. This depends on how much you spam/hoard your abilities though.
