@numeracy@mastodon.social stuff clicks different for everyone, this is why measuring quality is so difficult. in my experience, a band that can produce immediately ear-perking music to make a record that took me multiple listens to vaguely appreciate may be a hint at the quality of the record or just my preference; as such, reviewing music is much like reviewing #COMPUTERGAMES
