@quester What does "specializing in cafe work" mean, in terms of food items?
@quester@mstdn.games@anne In Finland, when you study hospitality, you can specialise in different areas of restaurant work, like a la carte, buffet and lunch service, cafe and snacks, fast food etc. I fell in love with cafe work and am currently working at a campus restaurant, where we serve a lunch buffet, coffee, sandwiches and pastries. I love it because you also get to interact with customers.
