I appreciate games creating seasonal content, but I'm old enough to think that normal holidays are overdone.
IMO games should make up their own holidays and celebrate them instead.
#RockAndStone Day in Deep Rock Galactic.
Tip A Hooker Day in Grand Theft Auto.
Tree-Hugging Day in...well, every racing game.
What in-game holidays would you like to see celebrated?
@brakeoutgaming All Saints' Wake is Final Fantasy XIV's version of a Halloween event, but in 2022 they had it twice because the previous year's was pushed back to late January when Endwalker launched. I don't play it, but @AltheaValara does. As evidence in favor of this being semi-annual again, here's a demon clown exploding with joy.

@JTO_is_Typing @brakeoutgaming @AltheaValara The reliability in which the hood of the MG Metro falls off during a stage in EA WRC without receiving damage.
Or…the airlock in Void Crew. To celebrate.c simple bypass all the safety protocols and yeet the entire crew into space so you can look at your ship together and hi five.
@harrybo93 Meant for further up the thread?
@JTO_is_Typing Ah yes it was. Derp. Well, welcome to my train of thought too!
