So this is only kinda relevant for us civ-fanatics as a community. It's a turn-based strategy game... okay... maybe more tactics, and similar to XCOM, which is from Firaxis... overall something to have a look at it if there's nothing which tingles you, but overall a 4X would obviously be better.

@civfanatics I oughta give Xenonauts another try. I never got awfully far in it, but god damn it, I just absolutely love the vibe of how it plays. There's so much freedom in how to go about doing your missions and managing your resources.

Too bad I'm not any good at it haha.

@mezz I have/had a couple of games which I also enjoyed, but was never really good at it.
I mean I played on settler level, because 14 years old me didn't understand some of the mechanics.
I still played a ton of games and every scenario that came with it.
And that's no problem at all :D.
