A plan needs steps. Steps are discrete.
I am inspired by Richard Woolf's lectures and "Democracy at Work" movement.
His plan gives some concrete steps for how to move toward changing traditional authoritarian capitalist controlled corporations to democratic worker-owned corporate structures.
Again, these non-utopian steps toward democratic power structures must exist within a capitalist system,, at least for the time being.
Saying that we should get rid of capitalism, or "capitalism is bad", is not a realistic first step. That would be utopian because it wouldn't make sense as a first step.
